Returns

We want you to love your Flora Animalia pieces, and as a small, women owned business we’re committed to making your experience one that reflects the same care we put into every piece. If something isn’t quite right, we gladly accept returns and exchanges on eligible items within 7 days of delivery — just be sure they’re unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

To start a return:
Email us at clientcare@floraanimalia.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return or exchange. Once your return is authorized, you’ll receive step-by-step instructions — and a return label, if needed — via email.

Eligibility Details:
– Items must have been purchased directly from floraanimalia.com
– Orders must be within the 7-day return window
– Items from sales or promotions are final sale and not eligible for return or credit
– We cannot accept returns on items purchased through our retail partners or third-party stockists

Need to cancel an order that hasn’t shipped yet?
Our return portal applies only to fulfilled orders. If your package hasn’t left our studio, please email us right away at clientcare@floraanimalia.com, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
