Sales tax is charged on orders shipped within California at the local tax rate.

All prices listed are accurate to the best of our ability. In the rare case that an item is listed incorrectly, Flora Animalia reserves the right to refuse the sale and may offer the item again with the correct information.

Flora Animalia does not guarantee the availability of any items listed on floraanimalia.com if the item selected for purchase is not available, Flora Animalia will make every effort to contact the customer to notify them of the cancellation.

Please note that upon placing an order, a receipt is automatically emailed confirming the purchase intent. This receipt does not constitute a contract, and orders may be cancelled at any time due to insufficient stock, inability to authorize a credit card, suspicion of fraudulent intent, discovery of an incorrect item price, or any other reason, as we see fit. Please further note that Flora Animalia (Studio MG, Inc.) shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such order whether or not your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has already been charged and your order is canceled, Flora Animalia (Studio MG, Inc.) shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the purchase.

SHIPPING

Online orders being shipped domestically are processed within 24-36 hours for all in stock items, and are shipped Monday-Friday. A confirmation e-mail with tracking is sent once your package has been shipped.

Flora Animalia offers FedEx Ground, 2nd Day Air, and Overnight Services. Friday orders ship the following Monday.

SIGNATURE REQUIREMENT

If you opt out of the signature requirement you assume responsibility for your delivery. If your tracking details show your package as delivered, but you have yet to receive it, you will need to follow up with FedEx directly. Without a signature, we have no way of locating packages that are claimed missing after being marked as delivered. By opting out of the signature requirement you acknowledge that Flora Animalia is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Flora Animalia offers shipping to most of Europe and Canada.

Flora Animalia offers FedEx International Economy® (7-10 days) and FedEx International Priority® (3-5 day) services. For information on delivery scheduling please contact FedEx once a tracking number has been e-mailed to you.

All international orders are subject to taxes, duties, and fees determined by the country they are shipped to. These are the responsibility of the recipient to pay, and will be sent to you by FedEx once delivery is made.

Orders refused at the point of delivery will incur return shipping charges as well as a restocking fee of 10% of order cost.

Law requires us to list the full retail value of items ordered, and we are unable to send any package as a gift. On occasion, customs agents may open/inspect or delay delivery. For more information on customs fees and procedures, please contact your local customs office.

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery receipt. Return and exchange shipping is the responsibility of the customer. All items must be sent back in original condition and packaging.

Please contact info@floraanimalia.com to start the process. Returns are processed once the items have been received. We are unable to refund duties and taxes paid for customs.

Damaged orders must be documented with photographs sent to info@floraanimalia.com within 7 days of delivery.

Missing or lost orders must be notified to info@floraanimalia.com within 7 days of expected or stated delivery date.

All prices are listed in USD, and all orders are processed in USD. To accurately estimate the final cost of your purchase we recommend checking the current exchange rate for your local currency.

Some banks collect a conversion fee for international transactions, please check with your bank for more information.

Orders over $2,500 in value may be held at customs until duties and fees are paid before being delivered, as required by law. 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Items purchased online may be returned for a full refund within 7 days of order delivery or for store credit within 14 days of order delivery. All items must be in original packaging and condition. All refunds are credited to the original form of payment and store credit does not expire.

Customers are responsible for all additional shipping costs for returns and exchanges. Flora Animalia does not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to Flora Animalia.

Should anything arrive damaged, please photograph the outside and inside of the box along with the damage and send to info@floraanimalia.com. Do not throw away the box or damaged goods. All damage claims must be sent within 3 days of delivery.
